Tour 01 Beijing – Shanghai – Guangzhou (10 days / 9 nights)
Day 1 Beijing
On arrival you will be met by our local Traveller/CITS guide and transferred to your hotel. You will be free for the rest of the day.
Day 2 Beijing (B L)
A morning seat-in coach tour of Tian’anmen Square, the largest public square in the world, and the Palace Museum, known as the Forbidden City; the complex of imperial palaces are home to the emperors for over 500 years in the Ming and Qing dynasties. Some of the grand halls have been used as museums for fine collections of Chinese treasures. In the afternoon you visit Rosewood Museum, a museum known as a treasure and showroom of Chinese traditional furniture and architecture made of rosewood..
Day 3 Beijing (B L D)
This morning you will visit China National Fine Art Museum. After lunch you will be driven to visit the Summer Palace, a former summer resort for the royal family, and take a boat ride on its Lake Kunming. This evening you will be treated to a delicious Beijing roasted duck dinner. This evening you will enjoy the show of Beijing Opera.
Day 4 Beijing (B L)
Your sightseeing this morning is Temple of Heaven, where the Ming and Qing emperors prayed for good harvest. It is the largest temple complex remaining in China today. Afternoon you visit China National Art Treasure Gallery. On the way back to your hotel, you will have a stroll of Liulichang (Glass Street) where you can find lots of Ancient book, painting, jade carving, porcelain, bronze sculpture as well as articles related to China culture.
Day 5 Beijing – Shanghai (B L)
After breakfast, you are picked up and are transferred to railway station. You take a five-hour high speed train to Shanghai, a cosmopolitan, bustling and heavily populated city in China. On your arrival, you will have lunch on the way to hotel. This afternoon, your tour guide will show you and have a stroll along the lively waterfront, known as the “Bund”, the highlight of Shanghai.
Day 6 Shanghai (B L D)
Your sightseeing this morning features a tour of the Yuyuan Garden, the old area of the city. After lunch, you will have a visit to Shanghai Fine Art Museum and followed a visit to Tianzifang – a place in shanghai you must not miss. Comparing with the brand new modern buildings, you can find the special architecture of old shanghai city. Peoples, who lived in shanghai in their life, still live here. It’s such a peaceful and quiet place to live. On the other hand, it’s also a good shopping area. There are a lot of beautiful, special and unique goods. The stores are little, but very characteristic with full of art beauty. The whole shopping area is not so large, but you will enjoy walking here and find out a lot of fun. When you’re tired, you can go to one of the little cafe or bar to have a drink or cake. An acrobatic show is ready for your evening entertainment after dinner.
Day 7 Shanghai (B L)
This morning, a tour to Fengjing, where is known as a water/canal town south of Yangtze, where you will visit and appreciate many kinds of local peasant and farmer paintings and you will enjoy yourself in picturesque south China nature and countryside.
Day 8 Shanghai – Guangzhou (B D)
You are picked up from hotel after breakfast this morning and you will take a two and an half hours flight to Guangzhou, capital of Guangdong Province and the southern China’s most dynamic and developed commercial center. You have lunch in the plane. On your arrival, you are transferred to hotel to have refreshment. Followed you will visit Chen’s Lineage Hall. Your guide will lead you to local restaurant. After dinner you are to take night cruise to enjoy city sightseeing feature, the landscapes along Pearl River.
Day 9 Guangzhou (B L)
Today we are going to Foshan, a town connected with Guangzhou. First of all, we are coming to Shiwan, a famous pottery made place with 5,000 year history. The Nanfeng Ancient Kiln production continued for 500 years and it is hence recorded in Jinisi Record Worldwide. Hereafter stroll on Shiwan Pottery Street and do shopping and have local lunch there. On the way back to Guangzhou you will visit Guangzhou Sculpture Park.
Day 10 Guangzhou Departure (B L)
This morning, you have city tour. First you visit Shamian Island where you will have a look British and French concession building before 1949 and local people doing exercise there nowadays. Next you will go to an interesting place Lizhiwan Museum, there are some exhibition halls about local conditions, the special things of Guangzhou, some especial houses, such as Xiguan Residence, some courtyards with ponds under stone, business streets and so on. You will have lunch with some local flavor there. In the afternoon you will visit so called Flower Square, where you will have outlook of TV Tower, Guangdong Provincial Museum, Guangzhou Opera Hall, Haixinsha Asia Games Park before you are transferred to the wharf for your onward journey to Hong Kong by ferry (18:00-20:00) (Tour End).

ITINERARY:
Day 01. Arr. Guiyang, the capital city of Guizhou Province.
- Meet at the airport and transfer to Regal Hotel (4 star).
- Dinner in the hotel.
Day 02. Guiyang – Kaili by car/van/bus (2.5 hours).
- Kaili is the capital of Qiandongnan Maio and Dong Autonomous Prefecture. After lunch drive to Xijiang Miao Ethnic Minority Village (also called Thousand Miao Families Village) Located about 35 km to the southeast of Kaili is built along the mountain contours. Surrounded by green mountains and rivers, it is the biggest Miao Village in the world with 1285 households and and 5120 inhabitants, 99.5% are Miao people.
- After visit the village, we also enjoy the local singing and dancing performance before driving back to Kaili.
- Dinner and overnight in Heaven-sent Dragon Hotel (4 star).
Day 03. Kaili – Rongjiang by car/van/bus ( 180 km / 4.5 hours driving).

Day 04. Rongjiang – Zhaoxing ( 170 km / 4.5 hours driving)
- Visit Basha Miao Village. Zhaoxing Dong Village.
- Overnight in Zhaoxing (3 star hotel) lunch and dinner in local restaurant. After dinner enjoy the performance of local singing and dancing.
- Dali Dong Village – Located in Rongjiang, is endowed with strong flavor of Dong culture. It is praised as “a pearl in the mountains”. There are five Flower Bridges in the village. Their elegant structure has made the village more appealing to visitors
- Zhaoxing Dong Village is praised as one of the most beautiful villages in China. The largest Dong
- Drum Towers are located in this charming land. The skilful layout of Dong buildings, the elegant decorations on Flower Bridges, and the unique wooden stilt houses are the highlights to see in the village.
Day 05 Zhaoxing – Liping by car/van/bus (90km, 2 hours driving)

Day 06 Liping – Guiyang by air
- Morning visit to the Bazhou River Scenic Spot with Natural bridge. After lunch fly to Guiyang.
- Arr. Guiyang, visit Ancient Town of Qingyan
- * Qingyan Ancient Town, one of the most famous historical and cultural towns in Guizhou Province, was originally built in 1378.for military reasons. Because of its geographical location, the first emperor of Ming Dynasty established the town as a station for transferring military messages and to house a standing army. Through years of modification and repeated restoration, Qingyan Ancient Town has gradually become a distinctive ancient town with cultural features of Ming and Qing Dynasties (1644 – 1911). Religious culture here is also quite rich, including Buddhism, Taoism, Catholicism & Christianity. The fact is some residents here are Catholic and Christian, since the Catholicism was introduced here in 1851 by a French churchman and the Christianity was introduced to Qingyan Town nearly 70 years ago.
- After the visit in Qingyan Ancient Town, transfer directly to the airport to next destination. – Exit

Day 2 Beijing – Xi’an D
Meeting the guide at the airport. Day tour in the city. After dinner in a local restaurant transfer to West Station for train to Xi’an. Overnight on train.
Day 3 Xi’an B / L
Arriving in Xi’an early in the morning, the great ancient capital and the eastern end of the Silk Road. This exciting day of sightseeing will include the Terra-cotta Warriors and Horses at the Tomb of Qin Shi Huang, the first Qin Emperor, and the Bronze Chariots. After lunch at a local restaurant, visit the Big Wild Goose Pagoda which was built in 652 AD. It contains a large volume of Buddhist scriptures which were obtained from India by the eminent monk Xuanzang.
Day 4 Xi’an B / L
A city tour of the ancient city wall, one of few well-preserved ones in China. Visit to Yang Tomb of the Han Dynasty.
Flight to Chongqing in the afternoon. Transfer to the dock and embark. Cruise starts at 22.00.
Day 5 Yangtze Cruising (full pension)
Breakfast at the ship. Arrival in the city of ghosts of Fengdu’n (ShiBaoZhai) and a excursion there.
Day 6 Yangtze Cruising (full pension)
In the morning an optional excursion to the city of White King. Ship goes through first Qutang pass (8 km) before noon and during midday through Wu pass (45 km). In the afternoon side excursion to Shennong current. Late in the evening ship arrives at Three Gorges Dam construction site. Overnight in the ship close to the site.
Day 7 Yangtze Cruising/Shanghai
In the morning getting to know Three Gorges Dam construction site and its environment. Before noon going through Xiling pass. Arrival in Yichang at 13:00. Then a flight to Shanghai. Upon your arrival at Shanghai, China’s most cosmopolitan city, our local guide will meet you and escort you to your hotel. The rest of the day is free at your own leisure.
Day 8 Shanghai
Today, your full-day excursion of incredible Shanghai will include: Shanghai the Bund and the Nanjing Road, Yu Garden and Yuyuan Market.
Day 9 Shanghai – Helsinki

Surely, the day will not be complete without an approach to a Tibetan Family. You may enjoy tea and have a talk with the local Tibetans in their home.
Day 06 – Lhasa B / L
This morning you will visit the Jokhang Temple, a most sacred place for all Tibet pilgrims, surrounding the temple is the famous Barkhor Street. After lunch, you will go to the Tibet Museum . With interest, we also arrange a tour to the Tibetan Traditional Hospital and the workshop of the Lhasa Carpet Factory for a visit of making traditional Tibetan carpets.
Day 07 – Lhasa/Shigatse B / L
Drive from Lhasa to Shigatse (about 347km). On the way visit Yamdrok Lake , Karola Glacier and Baiju Monastery. Stay overnight in Shigatse.
Day 08 – Shigatse/ Lhasa B / L
Visit Tashilumpo Monastery- Painted in red and white, the buildings in the monastery stand closely together in terraced rows, offering a grand and majestic view. Drive along the Yaluzangbu River back to Lhasa .
Day 09 – Lhasa/Shanghai B / L
You will take flight to Shanghai . Upon arrival, you will be met and transferred to the hotel. Our guide will take you to visit the Bund area. Free time is given there and the dinner is on your own.
Day 10 – Shanghai B / L
You must see and experience Shanghai to appreciate its cosmopolitan flavor. Comparing with the prosperous Bund area, the Qibao Ancient Town (www.goqibao.com) shows you a different lifestyle of the local people. Some free time is given there, then go ahead to visit the treasures’ displays in the Shanghai Museum and the unique architectures of the beautiful Yuyuan Garden .
Day 11 – Shanghai – Helsinki B
Upon completion of you memorable China tour, you will be transferred to the airport at 7.00 for a flight to Helsinki 11.00 – 14.55.
